License or Purchase Service-Based Training Storyboard Case Studies
Each licensed or purchased course contains a service-based
storyboard case study or studies based on our own work, that shows
an end-to-end DMAIC cycle, coupled with (service-based) examples
that highlight key elements of the DMAIC or DFSS cycle.
These case studies help trainees understand both how and where 6
Sigma can be applied, how the stages fit together, and how the tools
used fit into the DMAIC or DFSS process.
They are provided in PowerPoint 2003, Flash or Acrobat format,
depending on license options chosen.
